How Rent Advance Works
Let your property manager know you would like to participate. This takes just a few minutes.
Approval is based on eligibility: your tenant is moved in and current on rent, your lease has 12 or more months remaining, and the property is not currently listed for sale.
Once approved, funds are delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
Your property manager continues collecting rent from your tenant as usual and remits the advanced months toward your Rent Advance.
